Zoom Instructions
Accessing by Computer
Here are the steps to access Zoom by computer:
1. Check your email for a message with a Zoom link.
2. Click on the Zoom link in the email.
3. When you click on the link, a new tab should open.
4. Double click on the file that was downloaded at the bottom of the screen. If this file does not automatically appear, click on the “download here” or “download & run Zoom” prompts in blue.
5. Click through any pop up windows that appear.
6. Join your Zoom call!

Accessing by Phone
1. Check your email for a message with a Zoom phone number.
2. Dial the phone number provided in the email message.
3. There should be a second string of numbers ending with a pound sign (#) next to the phone number. When prompted by Zoom, put in this second string of numbers and then press pound (#).
4. You should now be in the Zoom room!

Accessing by Smart Phone
1. Check your email for a message with a Zoom link.
2. Click on the Zoom link in the email.
3. When you click on the link, your phone should open a webpage. Wait a few seconds, and your phone will redirect you to a second webpage.
4. Scroll down a little to get to the button that will redirect you to download Zoom from your phone's App store and click on it. On an Android phone, this will be a blue “Download from Google Play” button.
4. Click on the “Install” button in your App store.
6. Click “Join a Meeting.”
7. Fill out any information that Zoom asks you for.
8. You should now be in the Zoom room!
