Need or Want to Use a Building Space for a Meeting or Event?
1. Check calendar on office door or website to see if date is available
2. Fill out Building Use form found on office door or download it by clicking the icon below (Be sure all pages are completed and signed where indicated)
3. Office hours are Mon 9-11, Wed 11-1, Fri 1-3.
4. Return completed form to office (slip under door if door locked), or send electronic form to email@example.com.
5. Office volunteers will ensure building use is authorized by the executive commitee.
6. Office volunteers will contact you with questions if necessary, and notify you when use is authorized
7. Office volunteers will reserve your event on the paper and electronic calendars after use approved.
8. Charges for building use are determined on a case by case situation, although typical charges are listed on the Building Use form.
